The Raspberry Pi 5 has two four-lane MIPI connections that can accommodate a display or a camera. The Compute Module Development Kit and these connectors share the same 22-way, 0.5mm-pitch "mini" FPC format. To connect to the 15-way, 1mm-pitch "standard" format connectors found on our existing camera and display products, adapter cables are needed.
Mini-to-standard adapter cables for cameras and displays are available in 200mm, 300mm, and 500mm lengths from Raspberry Pi representatives.
It is not recommended to use the camera cable with a display and vice versa.
