The RADiuS-D wireless USB dongle for the Raspberry Pi can be used to connect the Pi to other devices including another Pi or an Arduino, wirelessly. It operates at 3.3v and is friendly to the Raspberry Pi's 140 milliamp peripheral cap. Just install the FTDI drivers on your favorite Pi-distro, plug the dongle in, and you're good to go!

The other half of the solution is an Arduino compatible shield that will work in your Duemilanove, Uno, Leonardo, Mega, Due etc (& shield compatible arduino clones etc) footprint. Create wireless projects, mesh networks, remote controls, gather telemetry at a distance - it's only a serial port away!

The foundation of this solution is the easyRadio module from Low Power Radio Solutions; it's a rock-solid US/European certified component. Pump data in one radio and it comes out the other... it's that easy.
