This compact carrier board makes it easy to integrate a Sharp GP2Y0A60SZLF analog distance sensor (not included) into your project by providing all of the required external components and a 0.1″-pitch, four-pin interface to the sensor. This version of the carrier board is configured for 5V mode / 3V mode. The GP2Y0A60SZLF analog distance sensor from Sharp is small and affordable, making it an attractive alternative to sonar rangefinders, while its wide sensing range (10 cm to 150 cm) and resistance to interference from ambient IR set it apart from other IR distance sensors.
