The SOQUART Compute Module features a Rockchip RK3566 ARM SoC with 4x Cortex-A55 CPU cores and a Mali-G52-2EE GPU. It is capable of driving a single 4K display at 60fps and the GPU uses the open source Panfrost driver. It runs very cool during operation, even without a heatsink and under a sustained load.

The SOQUART is equipped with 2GB / 4GB / 8GB LPDDR4 system memory, and can host an optional eMMC module (up to 128GB). It is also equipped with 802.11 b/g/n/ac dual band Wifi plus BT 5.0 radio.

The SOQUART is a powerful and versatile platform that will serve PINE64 community for years to come, also as a basis for future non-Pro PINE64 devices.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The SOQUARTZ Compute Module software is still in an early development stage, and therefore only suitable for developers and advanced users wishing to contribute to software development. Both mainline and Rockchip’s BSP fork of Linux have already been booted on the platform and development is proceeding quickly, but it will be months before end-users and industry partners can reliably deploy it.
