CY15FRAMKIT-001 is an easy-to-use and inexpensive
F-RAM development kit for Cypress’s high-performance, high-reliability and energy efficient serial F-RAM devices.
Features:
- Compatible with Cypress’s CY8CKIT-042, CY8CKIT-042-BLE and CY8CKIT-040 kits and Arduino UNO R3 board
- Two wide operating voltage serial F-RAM devices: a 256-Kbit SPI F-RAM and a 256-Kbit I2C F-RAM with an option to operate at either 3.3 V or 5.0 V supply
- Stackable connectors are Arduino compatible and allow other Arduino shields to be connected
Cypress’s PSoC Kits Support
The CY15FRAMKIT-001 kit has been designed to operate with the following PSoC kits:
- CY8CKIT-042 PSoC 4 Pioneer Kit
- CY8CKIT-042-BLE Kit
- CY8CKIT-040 PSoC 4000 Kit
The CY15FRAMKIT-001 kit collateral supports the following two example projects for CY8CKIT-042 PSoC 4 Pioneer Kit:
- PSoC4 F-RAM SPI
- PSoC4 F-RAM I2C
Arduino Support
The CY15FRAMKIT-001 kit has been designed to operate with the Arduino UNO R3 board or any equivalent board compatible with Arduino UNO R3.
